Meet the Starlets

Every empire needs its talent. These are the kinds of starlets waiting to sign with your studio — and what makes each one worth recruiting.

You are the producer

In Passion Industry you are not a passive collector of cards — you are a producer with a studio to run and a reputation to build. The starlets you recruit are your talent, your investment and your partners in crime. Each one joins with her own ambitions, and it is your job to give them the stages they deserve.

Every starlet comes with a personality that changes how she performs. Some thrive on high-fashion sets, others on playful themes, and a few will only give their best work once you have earned their trust. Learning your roster is half the fun — and the other half is seeing how the cast grows with you.

Character types you will meet

While every starlet is an individual, most fit one of a few familiar archetypes. Recognising the type helps you plan your roster, because each type responds to different themes, gifts and shooting styles.

The Rookie

Fresh, eager and full of surprises. Rookies are cheap to sign and quick to bond, making them perfect for filling early sets and testing new themes.

👑

The Diva

Demanding, glamorous and worth every coin. Divas ask for the best sets and the best pay, but their shoots bring in the biggest payouts.

🔥

The Veteran

Experienced professionals who know exactly what works on camera. Veterans deliver consistent results and unlock advanced scenes early.

🎭

The Rebel

Unpredictable, edgy and magnetic. Rebels shine in bold themes and special events, and their story chapters are the most entertaining to follow.

🌸

The Girl Next Door

Sweet, natural and surprisingly versatile. This type excels at romantic and soft themes, and bonds faster than almost anyone.

🌙

The Mystery

Rare, secretive and worth the effort. Mysteries are the hardest to recruit and the slowest to open up — and the most rewarding to complete.

Relationships and story chapters

Recruiting a starlet is only the beginning. Each one carries a chain of story chapters that unlock as your bond grows. Chapters mix light storytelling with gameplay: a chapter might ask you to shoot a specific theme, reach a studio level or simply spend time with her. Completing chapters deepens the bond, adds costumes and scenes, and often reveals a side of the character you would never have guessed.

Gifts matter too. Starlets have favourite items, and a well-chosen gift can do more for a relationship than a dozen generic ones. Favourites are discovered through play — a starlet who lights up at a certain prop will usually hint at it in her dialogue.

Building a balanced roster

The best studios mix types. Rookies keep costs low and boards busy, divas bring in the big money, veterans stabilise your income and rebels keep events interesting. Because events often ask for specific starlet types or themes, a one-dimensional roster will miss rewards that a balanced one collects effortlessly.

Your cast is also your calling card: a studio with a famous roster attracts better offers, better events and better everything. Nurture your starlets and they will carry your empire to the top of the industry.
