Passion Industry is an adult-themed casual management game developed and published by BarHat Games. It blends the satisfying loop of a merge puzzle with the long-term planning of a studio tycoon and the romance of a dating sim. You start with a modest studio and a handful of ambitions; everything else is built by merging, hiring and producing.
The game launched in 2025 and is available as a browser title and as an Android app. It is completely free to play, with optional in-game purchases, and it supports fourteen languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Polish and Japanese. All adult content is uncensored and intended for players aged 18 and over.

On the surface, Passion Industry is a classic merge puzzle: drag identical items together and watch them combine into rarer, more valuable versions. That loop is satisfying on its own, but it is only the engine of the game. Every merged item feeds a larger machine — a living studio that employs starlets, schedules shoots, earns money and climbs the ranks of the industry.
The dating-sim side adds a personal layer. Each starlet you recruit has her own background, preferences and story chapters.
