The merge board is your engine
Everything in Passion Industry flows from the merge board. Identical items can be dragged on top of each other to combine into a single, higher-tier version: two microphones become a professional microphone, two sets become a bigger set, and so on. Tiers climb steadily, and the rarest creations are the ones that unlock new studios, new starlets and new story content.
Board space is precious. You can expand it over time, but the real skill is knowing what to merge immediately and what to hold on to. Orders and missions ask for specific items, so a full board is rarely a bad board — every piece has a purpose somewhere.
Merge identical items to climb the tiers
Build the studio piece by piece
Merged items turn into buildings, sets and facilities. A better camera room improves every photoshoot, a bigger wardrobe unlocks more costumes, and each new location adds fresh missions. Upgrading is a constant balancing act between what your current starlets need and what the next milestone demands.
Your studio is also a place you decorate and expand. The more impressive the building, the better the offers that arrive at your door — and the higher the calibre of starlet who wants to sign with you.
Starlets drive the dating-sim side
Starlets are the heart of the game. Each one arrives with her own look, personality, favourite themes and a chain of story chapters. To advance with a starlet you complete her requests, keep her happy and succeed in her photoshoots. Success raises your bond level, and rising bonds unlock private scenes, extra costumes and deeper storylines.
Managing a roster means balancing attention: starlets appreciate gifts and regular work, but everyone’s schedule is limited. A producer who only promotes one starlet misses half the game.
Photoshoots are the money-maker
Each photoshoot is a small event of its own. Pick the starlet, dress her from your wardrobe, match the requested theme and run the shoot. Great results pay out coins, experience and passion moments — collectible pieces of art that fill your private gallery and raise your studio’s reputation.
Fail to match a theme and the shoot still pays, just less. The game rewards preparation: the right costume, the right set and a rested starlet always beat a rushed booking.
Every successful shoot adds to your gallery
Live events keep the calendar full
Regular events bring limited-time sets, exclusive starlets and special merge chains. Events run on their own boards with their own currencies, so they never disrupt your main studio — and they always reward players who check in daily. Even a short session during an event usually turns a profit.
Between events, daily missions and a steady drip of new content keep the board fresh. The game respects short sessions: five minutes of merging is always worth five minutes of progress.
Whether you are a casual merger or a spreadsheet-owning tycoon, the core loop stays the same: merge, build, cast, shoot, grow. The systems layer cleanly on top of each other, and there is always one more combination worth trying before you close the tab.
